This is for the couple that wants to be catered to, you sit back and relax while we handle the big day for you. This also known as the stress free package. This includes finding all the vendors to match your specific needs, finding servers, and the perfect transportation for your day; Decorations, linens, floral design thought up by you but brought to life by us. Reception and Ceremony set up is provided by our company. We will also find the ideal caterer, photographer, and DJ for your reception. We can even create your ideal look of the reception and provide you with a portfolio of your event. An Officiant to fit with your wishes for your beautiful day, and anything else you can think of that we can assist you with. Unlimited consultation meetings assist this package. This also includes 2 consultants to service your big day.

Partial Service Wedding Plans

Starting at $500

If you've already got the concept and services chosen for your wedding day we ensure that everything goes smoothly. We tie up all loose ends, find the vendors that you haven't already booked (at great prices) and provide set up and take down of your event. We can even create your ideal look of the reception and provide you with a portfolio of your event. This package provides the bride with the extra help or suggestions she's looking for. Your holding the reigns, we just make sure that the ride isn't on a rocky road. This includes 5 consultation meetings.

A'la Carte

This starts from $200-$600

 This includes what aspect you want us to focus on for your special day. Any special assignments that the bride can not do on her own. We take the reigns and complete the task and report back to you in detail and in style.

  • Finding the on vendors on phone or by foot checking them out and reporting back to you with a portfolio.
  • On location finding a venue that encompass's all of your needs with portfolio incl.
  • Day of assistance including being the bride and bridal parties personal assistant for the day. This will also include a pocket book planner for the bride, list of agenda for the bridal party, and a smooth day for the entire family.
  • Any individual service that you may need will be placed within the silver package category.

This service is charged by individual services requested. It is of course your day and we are here to help on any detail big and small. Prices are subject to amount of work and time needed from your individual planner. 1-3 consultations included.

                                                  Design Portfolio

This portfolio is a pictorial book that contains every idea and design concept for your event.

  • Theme colored decor for your event
  • Floral arrangements and flower choices related to your theme
  • Drink suggestions, colored or cocktailed to match your theme
  • Cake suggestions as well as cake toppers
  • Invitation and announcement samples
  • Centerpiece ideas sketched and pictured
  • Place settings
  • Bridal Party Gifts
  • Wedding dress suggestions
  • Wedding favors
  • Cake server and toasting flutes
  • Candy buffet suggestions

Pricing starts at fifty dollars per portfolio including five of the catgories above. To add more seven dollars per category will be added to the book. 25$ deposit required to began portfolio. Hourly Rates
We will be there to answer all questions, review your plans and help you find the right vendors to suit your needs. If you wish to meet on a monthly basis to make sure that everything is running as it should, then hourly consulting is right for you.

  $30/hour – 2-hour minimum per consultant.
